Refund and Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes, despite your best efforts, a purchase may not meet your expectations. Whether you’ve ordered the wrong item or are simply not satisfied with your purchase, we aim to make the return and refund process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged (including tampered packaging) are not eligible for a return or refund for health and safety reasons.

Please note that certain products, such as those marked as “Final Sale,” are not eligible for returns or refunds. This includes items that are discontinued, limited edition, or promotional in nature.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@chicbina.com or call (706) 645-1309 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. This is required for all returns.
  • Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item, including any accessories, and ship it back to us. You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
  • Please send the returned items to the address provided by our customer service team along with the RA number clearly marked on the package.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility requirements, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that it may take up to 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend that you return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@chicbina.com or (706) 645-1309. We will arrange for a return and either a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please provide clear photos or a description of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

6. Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used skincare, makeup, or personal care products
  • Items that have been tampered with or damaged
  • Gift cards or vouchers

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item. If your return is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items. However, if you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

8. International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Please check your local regulations before placing an order. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot offer refunds for items that do not meet our return criteria.
