RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY – CHICBINA

At CHICBINA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with the products you received, we are happy to assist with returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below. Please carefully read our return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth process.

1. RETURN PERIOD

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase for most products. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days to request a return or exchange. After this period, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

✔ The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, including all packaging and tags.
✔ The item must be returned with proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
✔ Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons, including opened skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products.

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

✔ Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return or exchange.
✔ Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return address and instructions for shipping the items back.
✔ All returned items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us.

4. EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, we are happy to process exchanges within the 30-day return period. Simply send back the product in its original condition, and we will ship out your exchange once we receive the returned item. If you would like to exchange for a different product of greater value, we will charge you the difference.

5. REFUNDS

Refunds are issued once we have processed your return and the item has been inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. RETURN SHIPPING FEES

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, CHICBINA will cover the return shipping costs.

7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund based on your preference. Please provide detailed information, including photos of the damage or defect, when contacting customer service.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we may have already processed and shipped your order, and a cancellation may no longer be possible. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@chicbina.com.

9. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons, including:
